# Appliances Repair Yang

> In-home appliance repair and preventive maintenance company (trade name of White Services Pro LLC, a Florida LLC). Also known as Appliances Services Yang. Service in English and Spanish.

## What we do
- Repair of washers, dryers (electric and gas), refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric ranges and ovens. All brands.
- We do NOT service gas ranges, gas cooktops or gas ovens. The only gas appliance we service is gas dryers.
- Preventive maintenance and dryer vent cleaning (done from inside the home; no roof access).

## Prices (USD, plus tax)
- Visit and diagnostic: $69.99 per appliance checked. Credited toward the repair if the customer approves it. The repair price is quoted after the diagnostic and before any work starts.
- Preventive maintenance: washer $130, dryer $150, dishwasher $130, refrigerator $150–$200 depending on type, washer + dryer combo $260.
- Maintenance is billed at its own price without the diagnostic fee. If the technician finds a mechanical failure instead of a preventive case, it becomes a diagnostic ($69.99).

## Warranty
- 3 months from the service date on the replaced part and the labor of that repair.
- Not covered: different failures or other appliances. Electrical/electronic parts (control boards, modules, thermostats, sensors, thermal fuses) carry no part warranty; their installation labor is covered.
